This hood is three layers of beautiful fabric. The inside being a super soft black velvet, the middle layer is a sparkly black velvet that vibrantly shows through the sheer monarch fabric. The sparkles didn’t show up well in pictures so I’ll try to take another one indoors and see update the listing asap. The chain is removable for washing. Wash on delicate. 

The charm is a real monarch butterfly wing and I want to be upfront about how it was made to keep cost as low as possible for the hoods. The wing is laminated to keep it protected then I made the boarder with hot glue and dusted that with metallic powder. I’m sure I will have updated ways of making these but I want to keep my hoods as accessible as possible and I know they’re already a bit pricey because I don’t currently get anything wholesale. When I’m able to my prices will reflect that. 

All my hoods come with a limited warranty: If I can fix it I will ✨💗 I can not replace lost charms unless it’s a butterfly wing but because they are pricey I will have to charge a small fee. You will have to cover shipping to me but I can cover shipping back to you.
