All my hoods come with a limited warranty: If I can fix it I will ✨💗 I can not replace lost charms unless it’s a real butterfly wing, but because they are pricey I will have to charge a small fee. You will have to cover shipping to me but I can cover shipping back to you. 

If the hood you want is sold out, reach out to me! I can remake most of my hoods at least once. If I can’t remake it for you I can usually make something very similar  ✨💗
